Evagelia Efstathiou was born and raised in Piraeus.
She studied at the Primary Education Department of Athens University, and has been working as a primary teacher at public schools over the past nineteen years. She began writing at a young age, children’s stories at first,
then short stories.
She also paints and makes things out of natural materials.She speaks English and Italian.She is married, with a daughter and a son.
